SADIE Leases Creative Office Space

SADIE, LLC has leased the entire available 5,770 square feet second floor space at the Nu-Way Printing Building in Portland, Oregon. The lease commenced August 1, 2016 and extends through September, 2017. With the addition of this new tenant, the building is now 100% occupied. The other tenant, Nu-way Printing, occupies the first floor.

Specht 306 LLC, an affiliate of Specht Development, Inc. purchased the 18,336 sf industrial building in September, 2014. Improvements were completed in 2015 to allow for creative office space on the second floor. The property is located at 306 SE 8th Avenue in Portland, Oregon.
