Parkway Limited Partnership was formed to develop the 52,662 square-foot Parkway Plaza III, a Class A office building in Vancouver, Washington. The $4,800,000 all-union project began in October 1988 and was completed in May 1989. This Class A office building offers superior visibility, location, and quality of construction.

This project was developed while Gregory Specht was employed by Scherzer Partners, Inc. Specht resigned as President of Scherzer Partners, Inc. in November 1990.
