Whether the project is new construction, renovating an existing building, or managing tenant improvement construction, Specht consistently works to make a positive contribution to the built environment.

Our sustainable construction strategies focus on the efficient use of energy, water and other resources while reducing waste and pollution.

Being environmentally aware is an on-going responsibility and we encourage our employees, contractors and clients to be equally committed to sustainable building practices and energy efficient management.
