Tara Platt Named IREM’s 2017 President-Elect

Tara Platt - Resized WebThe Oregon Chapter of IREM has named Tara Platt, CPM® as their 2017 President-Elect. In addition, Tara will chair the 2017 IREM Forecast Breakfast committee. Tara is the Vice President of Property Management at Specht Properties, Inc. and oversees the firm’s property management portfolio of commercial office and industrial property located throughout the Portland metro and SW Washington region. She has over 18 years of experience in property management and earned her CPM® designation in 2015.

As President-Elect, Tara’s responsibilities include supervising the chapter’s legislative committee and working with all committee chairs to ensure active participation. A special IREM inaugural luncheon was held at the Portland City Grill on November 3, 2016 to celebrate and honor the in-coming Board of Directors.

At the inaugural luncheon Tara was also honored as the “IREM 2016 CPM of the year”. This prestigious award recognizes Tara’s outstanding performance and dedication to the real estate management industry.
