Vista Logistic Walls Going Up In January 2017

Progress on the massive Vista Logistics Park continues to gain momentum with a slab pour yesterday of 700 cubic yards of concrete. Panels for Building B are almost finished and tilting is anticipated to begin on January 3, 2017.

Specht’s Vista Logistics Park is the largest single phase speculative development ever constructed within the Portland metropolitan area. The project consists of three buildings, one of which is 494,464 sf and of and will have a clear height of 36 feet.

This industrial park is strategically located, just east of Portland, to serve the needs of distribution and manufacturing businesses, enabling rapid deployment to the entire Pacific Northwest.
