Broker Open House at Portside

Specht Development, Inc. hosted a broker open house and catered lunch on January 10, 2017 at the recently completed Phase I of the Portside Industrial Park totaling 352,560 sf in two buildings. 162,240 sf of the space has been preleased to OnTrac. Stu Peterson and Joe Curran of Macadam Forbes presented information on the development’s features and potential for distribution or manufacturing use in the remaining 190,634 sf available in Phase I.

This event provided the broker community with a great opportunity to tour the site and visualize potential tenant use of the available space.
