Specht is pleased to announce the recent addition of Tyler Reeves as Project Assistant. Tyler will be working closely with Project Managers to coordinate due diligence studies & reports and prepare financial analyses on potential development projects. In addition, he will conduct market research and assist with the development of business plans in new markets. Prior to pursuing his career in real estate development, Tyler spent five years working in state tax consulting for Moss Adams LLP.

Tyler attended Wilsonville High School and received his Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration with an emphasis in finance from Western Oregon University. He is currently working on his Masters in Real Estate Development at Portland State University.

In his free time, Tyler enjoys being outdoors, and serves on the ambassador board at New Avenues for Youth, and as a partner for Social Venture Partners.

Specht Properties is pleased to announce the promotion of Toni Wheat from Accounting Manager to Controller. Having worked for Specht since 2000, Wheat is responsible for business accounting and financial recommendations relating to business development, cash management, strategic planning and operations.

A resident of Portland, Ore., Wheat is a licensed CPA with over 25 years of managerial accounting experience. With previous stints at IT services and engineering firms, Wheat brings a wealth of broad industry insight to Specht.

Hedberg’s focus will be to perform due diligence on new projects, coordinate outside contractors and consultants, monitor project timelines, prepare project marketing materials and assist in developing new markets.

Before joining Specht Properties, Hedberg was an accounting consultant for Rocky Bay International Company based in Portland.

Hedberg graduated in 2006 with a bachelor’s degree in business administration-accounting from Oregon State University, specializing in construction engineering management.
