Huntair, Inc., a global manufacturer of air management equipment, chose Specht Development, Inc. to oversee the project management of their facility relocation. Huntair provides air-handling solutions for building interiors and manufacturing processes including cleanroom ceiling systems. The company's industrial HVAC applications are used in biotechnology and pharmaceutical manufacturing, aerospace and hospitals.

Bob Burns, Vice President of Construction at Specht Development, Inc. will coordinate and facilitate the planning, design, permitting and fit-up of a 315,000 square-foot facility in Tualatin, OR. The Huntair relocation is expected to be completed in the later part of 2012.
