Medcure Medical Training Facility in Gresham

The MedCure, Inc. organization, specializing in providing facilities for medical research and training, hired Specht Development, Inc. as the Project Manager to oversee the construction of their new 20,000 square foot building located in Gresham, Oregon. Construction of the new facility started in October 2011.

The project, which was completed in March 2012, includes offices, a state-of-the-art laboratory and operating room space for medical research. The facility was designed to provide an attractive, street-oriented building and supports a substantial number of family-wage jobs for the community. MedCure also has facilities in Nevada and Rhode Island.
