Ridgefield Commerce Center Sold

September 15, 2016

Specht Ridgefield, LLC, an affiliate of Specht Development, Inc., announced the sale of the final 3.91 acre parcel of the Ridgefield Commerce Center to GR Investment Properties on September 15, 2016. The project is located off Interstate 5 in Ridgefield, Washington.

The 40 acre Ridgefield Commerce Center was developed by Specht Ridgefield, LLC. Specht subdivided the land, permitted the fill and mitigation of the on-site wetlands, and installed road and utility infrastructure to create an industrial subdivision. The eleven shovel-ready sites ranged in size from approximately two to fifteen acres. The project is zoned for light industrial and allows for manufacturing and distribution uses.

Planning of the project began in 2003 and the site was acquired in 2005. Roads and utilities were installed in 2006 at a cost of $3,700,000. Specht sold individual lots to owner/users over an 11-year period.  VLMK and Coffman Excavation were valued team members on the project.
