November 29, 2016

The first concrete slab pour, measuring 29,098 sf, for Building B at Vista Logistics Park occurred on November 16, 2016 which is four weeks ahead of schedule. That was followed on November 17th with a second pour for another 30,645 sf.  The two slab pours used over 1,100 cubic yards of concrete.

The Vista Logistics Park is the largest single phase speculative development ever constructed within the Portland metropolitan area. The project will offer the biggest single industrial building under one roof with 494,464 sf of space and have a clear height of 36 feet. Two smaller buildings, of 112,940 and 124,420 square feet respectively, will have clear heights of 30 feet.

The project will be completed in the late summer of 2017. Mackenzie is the project architect and Perlo Construction is the general contractor.
