Specht Announces New Project Manager

Specht Properties, Inc. is pleased to announce the recent addition of Jason Clough as Project Manager to the Portland-based real estate development and property management firm. Clough will oversee day-to-day activities related to various real estate acquisition and development projects at Specht. The Portland resident comes to Specht with over twelve years of experience in architecture, planning and commercial real estate.

Clough came to Specht from Marcus & Millichap Real Estate Investment Services where he facilitated over $175 million of investment sales as a transaction coordinator and agent assistant. During his five-year career at Marcus & Millichap, Clough received his Graduate Certificate in Real Estate Development from Portland State University. He also holds his Masters of Architecture from Arizona State University and his Bachelors in Architecture from Washington University in St. Louis, Mo.
