SPECHT HOSTS NAIOP SOCIAL HOUR AT FLANDERS BUILDING

Specht Development, Inc. hosted the NAIOP Social Hour event on June 28, 2017 at the historic 1010 Flanders building in the Pearl District of Portland, Oregon. The event coincided with the completion of the core and shell improvements in the building. There were approximately 150 real estate industry attendees at the event.

It was a beautiful sunny day to celebrate the project and enjoy the expansive rooftop deck. Food and beverages were catered by Elephant’s. The entire project team sponsored the event, including Specht Development, ASB Real Estate Investments, Mackenzie Architects, Fortis Construction, Commercial Realty Advisors, Apex Real Estate Partners, and Perkins Coie.

The renovated 50,000 sf five-story building is available for office users to complete tenant improvements and occupy the building.

The 1010 Flanders project is a joint venture partnership between an affiliate of Portland based Specht Development, Inc. and ASB Capital Management based in Bethesda, Maryland.
