Chaucer Foods

Specht Development, Inc. was hired to facilitate the leasing and construction of a freezer storage and food processing facility for Chaucer Foods. Specht also served as consultant in acquiring new market tax credits to subsidize the construction.

Chaucer Foods has manufacturing sites in France, China and the United Kingdom. This is the company’s first U.S.-based production facility.
