The Wickes Furniture building is a retail furniture store located at the rear of the property and occupies 42,875 square feet. The second building, a BedMart retail store, is 5,350 square feet, and is located in the southeastern corner of the site. Construction started in October 2006 and was completed in July 2007 at a cost of $7,000,000.
