Stafford Distribution Center

Stafford Limited Partnership developed the 249,519-square foot, four building Stafford Distribution Center in Wilsonville, Oregon, just 15 miles south of Portland. The $6,910,000, all-union project broke ground on September 23, 1988, and was completed on March 23, 1989. The site contains four high-cube industrial warehouse buildings. The project is managed by Specht Properties.

This project was developed while Gregory Specht was employed by Scherzer Partners, Inc. Specht resigned as President of Scherzer Partners, Inc. in November 1990.
