Stafford Distribution Center

Stafford Limited Partnership developed the 249,519-square foot, four building Stafford Distribution Center in Wilsonville, Oregon, just 15 miles south of Portland. The $6,910,000, all-union project broke ground on September 23, 1988, and was completed on March 23, 1989. The site contains four high-cube industrial warehouse buildings.

This project was developed while Gregory Specht was employed by Scherzer Partners, Inc. Specht resigned as President of Scherzer Partners, Inc. in November 1990.
