Specht Development, Inc. was hired to serve as Stoel Rives’ representative to manage the construction of the interior tenant improvements for their new headquarters in the Park Avenue West Tower building located in Portland, Oregon.

The law firm occupies the top nine floors of the building. Tenant improvements include modern design elements using wood with open bright spaces for meetings and other gatherings.
