In January 2018, The Specht Company, as General Partner of Stafford Limited Partnership, sold the Stafford Distribution Center to Downtown Development Group, LLC for $28,150,000.

The 249,519 sf industrial property, consisting of four buildings, is located in Wilsonville, Oregon, just 15 miles south of Portland. The site contains four high-cube industrial warehouse buildings.

Specht Properties, Inc. will continue to serve as the property manager through the end of 2018.
