Todd Sheaffer – Forty Under Forty

Each year the Portland Business Journal presents its Forty Under 40 honorees. These are professionals who have excelled in their field, shown great leadership and are committed to the community. In 2006 the Portland Business Journal selected Todd Sheaffer, Chief Operating Officer of Specht Properties, Inc., as one of its “Forty Under 40” award recipients.

“Greg Specht took a chance on a young guy (me) in 1996, hiring me as a project manager. I was promoted to vice president of development in 1999, and have served as chief operating officer since 2002.
