Specht has entered a joint-venture partnership with an affiliate of DWS/RREEF to develop the Ridgefield Industrial Center, a single 468,793 SF industrial building on 50.02 acres in the Union Ridge Business Park in Ridgefield, WA. The joint venture closed on its acquisition of the land and commenced construction in August, 2021. The project is expected to be completed in August, 2022.

When completed, the Ridgefield Industrial Center will be a state-of-the-art industrial facility with 36’ clear heights and ample room for additional trailer parking at the southwest portion of the property, making it one of the most competitive and attractive industrial developments in the region.

Mackenzie will be the architect of record for the project, with Perlo Construction serving as the general contractor.
