Wilsonville may be losing Novellus Systems Inc., but it will get another industrial heavyweight, making up any lost ground and then some. Site work is underway on what will be a 260,000 square foot manufacturing and corporate headquarters complex for Precision Interconnect, a global supplier of cable assemblies used in medical and high-speed data applications.       Work Begins on Precision Interconnect Site
